Little Buddy is a 3 year old Chihuahua who WILL EVENTUALLY BE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. He came from an  owner who wanted to bring him to the local shelter for euthanization because he was biting- in defense of being teased and hit by family members. Little Buddy had severe fear issues of people, and is very slow to trust. We are developing trust relationships with him and correcting negative behaviors. Little Buddy is very affectionate when he feels comfortable with a person while he still will take a long time to fully accept and trust that same person. Little Buddy is in a foster home where he is relearning how to cohabitate with people and is being exposed to other pets as well. Continuous socialization, exposure to the outside world and behavior modification training keep Buddy "Safe and Sound."
